Pre-Uni New College is pleased to announce the 2026 Annual Scholarship Test, offering academically advanced students across New South Wales an opportunity to earn tuition fee discounts for eligible 2027 courses.

WHO CAN REGISTER?
- Students who are in Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 or Year 5 in 2026.
- The test is designed for academically advanced students and may not be suitable for all applicants.
TEST LOCATION
The scholarship test will take place at an external test centre.
Pre-Uni New College will announce the venue details closer to the test date.
TEST FORMAT
- The test will use a paper-based, multiple-choice format.
- It will include Reading, Mathematics and Reasoning.
- Each section will run for 30 minutes.
WHAT TO BRING
- Printed test centre advice letter
- Pencils and an eraser
- Water
- A nut-free snack for the break
SESSION SELECTION
Applicants may select either the morning session or the afternoon session during registration. However, Pre-Uni New College may adjust session times depending on registration numbers.
Registration Fees
STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE
$90
Per applicant. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.
DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE
$80
Available to students enrolled in a full-term 2026 WEMT, OCFC, OCTTC, STTC, Thinking Skills or Writing course.
Registration will close automatically once all available places have been filled.

Registration and Scholarship Conditions
Conditions of Registration
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- No make-up test will be available for a missed session.
- The test schedule may change depending on participant numbers.
- Test content is strictly confidential and will not be available for review.
- Cheating, copying, photographing or recording test content will result in disqualification and cancellation of the test result.
Scholarship Offer Conditions
Top-performing students may receive up to 50% off tuition fees for eligible 2027 regular term and holiday courses, from the Summer Holiday period through to Term 4.
- The scholarship discount applies to tuition fees only. Material fees are not included.
- Families must make full payment by the early bird payment deadline for each enrolled course to receive the scholarship discount.
- The scholarship cannot be combined with sibling, early bird, full-term or existing scholarship discounts.
